This copy of All Star Comics #8 CGC 4.0 sold for $29,000 at ComicConnect in August, so the asking price of $48,500.00 is a little aggressive. That said, that price is way down from the $73,500 record for the book in that grade, so I guess you could look at it as a bargain.
Interestingly, this copy sold previously, in November of 2011 for $4635. What a difference a billion dollar movie makes!
