This listing is for a magnificent Captain America #1 (1941) in apparent NM condition with off-white pages, the original Golden age first appearance and origin of Captain America, Bucky, and the Red Skull.
It is the original comic and not a reprint of any kind.
It has slight, professional color touch, and has been cleaned. There are some small tear seals, and several of the interior pages have been very slightly trimmed.
The restoration being very minimally done, it does not have the look or feel of a restored comic and most hobbyists will not be able to identify the restoration!
Priced with a Buy It Now of $27,500.00, that's about 1/12th the approx. market value for a #1 in unrestored NM, if one was to become available!
The comic is glossy, clean, original, and complete.
