Comic Connect Sells Batman #1 CGC 8.0 for $498,000

If an 8.0 sells for $498,000 what does a 9.2 sell for now? It was a $567,000 book in 2013. Now? Considering there are 3 8.5s, 2 9.0s and the 1 9.2 then I think the sky is the limit on the 9.2. Really, is $1,5000,000 a fair price?
