That's a partial result which solidifies my decision to include every unrestored Action #1 over 2.0 to the $100,000 club list. It's crazy to think that every unrestored copy of the book worth owning (meaning no unrestored .5s) is now a six figure book.
It's definitely time to re-evaluate some of the cut-offs I used when I first put the list together. There are probably a half dozen AF15s from the census that I'd need to include, for example.

One other book I've been thinking about is this:
Adventure Comics #40 Mile High pedigree It sold for slightly over guide the last time. I wonder if the increase in guide value (from 58k to 105k) would be refelected in a real world sale price. I kind of doubt it, but stranger things have happened.
