1961 AL PLASTINO SUPERMAN COMICS #282 COMPLETE STORY ORIGINAL ART!
Al Plastino came to DC in 1948 and bagan drawing Superman immediately. Early on, his sole contribution to Superboy was in covers. However, beginning in late 1957, he began to draw stories also. One of his main contribution's to the Superman legend was drawing the very first appearance of Legion of Super-Heroes in Adventure Comics 247 in April 1958.
Offered here is the original art to a 1961 Plastino Superman Comics #282 story, 11 pages, with the splash featuring 13 images of Superman! The story features the Fortress of Solitude, Kandor, Superman racing a missle, multiple uses of X-Ray vision, as well as Lois Lane and Perry White. Pen and ink on paper, art measures 18" x 13" and is in overall Very Fine condition.
