"You are looking at an original Batman #1. This book is in great shape and in its current condition would be graded 8.0. The book is bound tightly with all pages present and accounted for. The pages are flexible with brilliant colors, they are not brittle like so many other copies. You can actually flip through these pages. No pieces have been added or taken away from the book, thus it is completely original. The book has had only minimal restoration to strengthen the spine otherwise it has never been touched. The original owner did state that he had it signed by Bob Kane, and that is why you see two signatures on the front cover. However, I have not had this verified, and I do not want to use this as a selling point (you can get it verified if you want, but I will not garuntee the signature). Opportunities to own this landmark issue in such a great shape do not arise often. Minimal restoration work includes spine strengthening and tear seal. Bid with confidence.
