"A beautiful unrestored example of this Marvel key. CGC grades this Fantastic Four #1 fine + 6.5 with cream to off-white pages.
I purchased this book several years ago at the San Diego Comic Con, and at the time both myself and the good folks at Metropolis Collectibles (whom I purchased the book from) thought it had an excellent chance of making a VF- grade.
It is simply a gorgeous book which would make a great addition to any collection or collectables portfolio.
Because I am not a dealer, I feel it necessary to establish a reserve for this book. I noted that a few weeks ago on Ebay an unrestored CGC 6.0 went for $5,900.00 and a CGC 7.0 recently sold for $10,000.00. Therefore, a reasonable reserve for this book should be somewhere in the middle.
