The title says it all, really. People are still paying big money for Action Comics #1. This sale eclipses the $658k paid for another 5.0 earlier this year at ComicConnect. It's not a great increase, but it's only been a few months and it solidifies the price range for mid-grade Action #1s.
Here's a thought I just had (warning: it might be crazy)- at some point in the next ten or fifteen years you won't be able to buy any complete, unrestored Action #1 for less than $1,000,000.
Am I crazy? Am I the sanest man in the room? Come find me in 15 years and we'll see how crazy I was.
