$100,000 Club Updated with 2014 Sales Data (and the first CBCS graded comic books worth more than $100k)

I updated the $100,000 club with a few books and sales. I added several sales that had escaped my notice in 2014 and then added in a few CBCS graded books that I'd discovered by looking through their gallery. I'd like to get my hands on their census data, of course, but until then I'll just have to put my detective hat on and figure out their big books on my own.
