Here we have a very nice example of the most important Marvel Silver Age comic, Amazing Fantasy #15. The track record for this book's value is amazing. The prices for higher grade books have increased at least 5 fold in the past 7 or 8 years. Heritage sold a 7.0 in November of 2008 for 31k. A 7.5 was very recently sold for 52k. Three different CGC 7.5's sold in 2002 for less that 10k.
The case is perfect as the book just got back from CGC.
