I don't have a lot of detail at this point, but ComicConnect will be auctioning an unrestored Fine Action #1 in February/March. The book is reported to be a nice, unrestored Fine and speculation is already running rampant about the final hammer price. Personally, I'm holding out on my final prediction until I get more details, but a clean, fine Action #1 should make a run at the auction record ($280,000) and the overall sales record for a comic book ($350,000, twice.)
I can't wait to see how this one turns out.
