Green Lantern 1 1941 this issue has been restored with color touch, tear seal, cleaned, pressed. I would evaluate the restoration at extensive. The restoration was done prior to my purchasing. I do not know whom restored the book or the exact restoration procedures performed. I sold a Superman 1 on Ebay in 2002 it had been restored and was CGC graded at 7.5 this appears to be as nice. I no longer have CGC grade comics as their prices are rediculous for key golden age books. Evaulation of restoration and grade is simply my personal observation and there is no guarantee as to grade or restoration. Buyer is welcome to personally inspect to determine grade, restoration before purchasing.
