Metropolis Collectibles is pleased to report a record breaking sale of an unrestored Batman #1 CGC 8.0 for $100,000.
"This was a gorgeous comic," stated Metropolis COO, Vincent Zurzolo. "We were very happy to place it in the hands of a very good collector who will really appreciate the book."
According to GPAnalysis.com, this is the highest recorded sale for a Batman #1 in very fine condition.
Now if I could just find out what the Detective 27 7.0 they sold six months ago went for I'd be in business.
