This listing is for an off-white paged, original Fantastic Four #1 in Apparent NM+ to NM/MT condition. It is not a reprint of any kind. It's the original Marvel Issued #1 that was on sale on the news-stand in 1961. This is a different #1 than others I've previously listed.
It has very, very slight, professional color touch on two tiny spine stress (professional = no bleed through).
An apparent grade is the grade after restoration. This comic most likely was NM prior to the very minimal and very non-visible professional color touch that was probably put there to "mintify" it decades before a purple label could turn a $500,000 comic into a stunning economic alternative.
The comic is clean, has a mirror-like gloss, is complete, and has no tape or other repairs/restoration.
The comic feels brand new as if unaged by time and is the nicest FF #1 I've ever seen by quite a large margin.
