I know I'm going to be branded as evil in some way by certain parties for saying this, but I love Heritage. I got this email today:
"Subject: Your package has been shipped.
Dear Rob Larsen,
Your package from order #***** has been shipped via The United States Postal Service, to this address:[snip]"
Thing is, I still haven't paid for the book. I just forgot to pay for it on monday and it slipped off my radar over the past couple of busy days around here.
