The Incredible Hulk #1 (Marvel, 1962) CGC FN+ 6.5 Off-white to white pages. I really need a copy of this book. The only SA books I want are keys and this is one of my favorites. Know why? Hulk is the strongest one there is of course.

This gigantic lot contains approximately 300 long boxes, packed full to the gills. This material appears to be from a comic shop that closed sometime during the late 1990s. Good luck with that lot.

Batman #1 (DC, 1940) CGC VF- 7.5 Cream to off-white pages. Even with that dust shadow, a really nice looking copy. I'd be surprised if it doesn't clear 8.0 guide ($50,000.)
Three mid-grade copies of Batman #3? Nice time to be in the market for that book.
