Want a chance to learn more about your old comic books? Are you interested in their history, significance and potential value? If that sounds like you, then send me an EMAIL, preferably with high resolution scans or photos of the comic you're interested in learning more about and depending on how interesting it is, I might write about it for the site as a featured appraisal. I'll try to answer questions for anyone that sends in any book, but, depending on the volume, I can only guarantee that I'll write properly about books featured on the site.
Some notes:
- Only books from before 1980, please. Even books from the 1970s have very little chance of making it onto the site, but there are a few that would definitely be interesting to write about so I'll leave the cut-off at 1980.
- The appraisals are entertainment/informational purposes only – no certifications or exact valuations are given or guaranteed. Since I won't have the books in hand and will be judging condition from a scan, I will only provide informational estimates of condition and therefore value. If, after that, you need an official estimate for insurance purposes or want to get a solid estimate on the book in order to sell it I can put you in touch with someone trusted in your area to do a real appraisal.
The point of this offer is really to have some fun looking at old comics and educating people about old comics. Hard and fast valuations are for another venue.
- I need a good sized image- hopefully of the front and back. Scans should be 150-300dpi @100% and photos should be dumped right out of the camera as-is. I need as much detail as possible to judge condition. It's tough enough to estimate condition without the book in hand (so tough it's only a rough estimate and never an official pronouncement of grade.) It's impossible to do it with a small scan.
Thanks

I have approximaty 1,200 comic books. Many from 50's and 60's
I am curious of the value of one in particular. Superman No. 1 (reprint 1966) what would this book be worth.
Also, I have Classics Illustrated from No. 1 Three musketeers up to no. 169 with a few missing in between.
By Rob March 15, 2010 - 3:04 pm
Hey Ray,
If you have a list, I can take a look and let you know what might be of interest. I can tell you there are many, many, many, many more books than that Superman #1 reprint from that would be of interest to collectors. Failing a list, where are you located? I might be able to put you in touch with someone I know who could look at the books in person.

I have a dc superstars (batman) 100 C-25 32106. Paid $1.00, I believe it's from late 70's. Any Idea what's it worth
By Rob April 26, 2010 - 2:33 pm
assuming it's in VG condition (the average condition for a comic book) it'd be worth maybe 5x what you paid.
By Steve April 26, 2010 - 2:17 pm
I have the entire original Rip Hunter Time Master series, The original Silver Surfer series from the 60's, and the first appearance of Silver Surfer/Fantastic four #48.I also have the DC Green Lantern comic in excellent condition. Most books are in excellent condition. I'd like to have them graded, but am afraid to mail them out. Do you have suggestions, or a value estimate? I started collecting in the early 80's with my dad, and we have thousands and thousands of comics, that are just as cool as the above. I'm trying to get a ballpark of value, or some advice.
By Rob April 26, 2010 - 2:33 pm
The value could be significant (thousands), or not-so-significant (hundreds) depending on the condition. If you want to send me some photos I can give you a sense of where they land on that scale.

I have the Classic Illustrated comics ….1970 issue….numbers to 164……..missing about 40 books in between the 164…….It is in fairly good condition, considering that is the 1970 issue…the spines are all good…front and back covers good….what do you think the market value is
By Rob May 6, 2010 - 12:57 pm
hi sylvia,
Without more info I'd guess maybe a few $$ apiece.
By Nakia May 6, 2010 - 8:36 pm
Hi Rob,
We were cleaning out my boyfriends closet and found alot of first print comics all in amazing condtion, all from from '86 and '87. We also found alot of Conan the barbarian, New mutants, GROO, Conan the king, X factor, Dare devil, and THOR. All are close to perfect. Just wondering how much they would be worth, and the best way to sell them.
Thanks!
By Nakia May 6, 2010 - 8:37 pm
Oh, and lot's of x-men too. 🙂
By Rob May 6, 2010 - 9:47 pm
Hi Nakia,
If you had a list I could maybe point out a few that were valuable. For the most part books from the 1980s were hoarded in great quantities so, with some exceptions, most of them are only worth .50 to $1 retail.
By Nakia May 6, 2010 - 10:39 pm
The new mutants 51-60
giant sized xmen 11×2
classic xmen 11
xmen over 50 of them, still have to go through them. all 100's -200's
GROO 25-34
conan the king 22-45
daredevil 242, 244, 249
Thor 378-386
conan the king 36-45
This is a wonderful service you do…Thanksx10.
By Rob May 9, 2010 - 9:49 pm
Hi nakia,
Some of the x-men in the 100s might be worth a few dollars, depending on how low the numbers are. The rest aren't really worth much at all.

Hi antonio, what numbers? There are some Superman comic books worth tens of thousands of dollars and others worth .50 if you're lucky enough to find a buyer.
By Rich June 19, 2010 - 7:10 pm
Two quick questions sir. I've noticed the term "variant cover" while scanning websites to determine a value for my collection. Question #1. I was itemizing my collection and noticed 3 issues of the Amazing Spider-Man, 186, 187, and 188, that are slightly different. They are in M-NM condition. However, the price is notated as 35c and the bar code box on the lower left hand corner of cover is blank. While viewing different websites, I've seen only issues that do have the bar code and the price is highlighted as "Still Only 35c", slightly different than my three. Do you think there is a difference in the general value?
Question #2, before the 10pt grading system was established, someone wanted to buy Tales of Suspense #39 that I own. They graded it as VF +. What do you think a competitive value is?
Thank you very much.
By Rob June 19, 2010 - 10:35 pm
The Spider-Man books are Whitman variants. These were books sold in Whitman 3-packs.
If you actually have a VF+ (which translates to 8.5 on the 10 point scale) then it would be worth maybe $15,000+. Whether or not it's actually VF+ is another matter entirely. Some dealers' VF+ 20 years ago would be a 6.0 (or worse) today. Feel free to follow-up via email if you have any other questions about the TOS 39.
By Rich June 20, 2010 - 12:09 am
Thank you very much sir. Re: the Whitman variants, if all things are equal between the conditions (whitman vs non whitman) is there a value difference? I have postings on "comic link" where the variant cover was allegedly worth more. Thanks again….
One thing I learned when the TOS was graded, was to keep it in plastic and not touch it. One of the few things that I have done right. Thanks for your quick response and this website. Check back tomorrow.
By Rich June 23, 2010 - 8:39 pm
A question about grading sir. As I try to conservatively assess the value of my collection, I've noticed that some older issues are in very good/fine condition…except…the color has yellowed on the edges of the cover and pages. Before I learned about properly storing them, no doubt they were exposed to light and the elements way back when. How much would that effect the grading of the issue or drop the grading?
Thanks again.

By Richard July 4, 2010 - 8:45 am
how do i find if my comics are first print and whats up with the bar code bit ?
By Rob July 4, 2010 - 8:57 am
Most (99.9999999%) comics are 1st print, actually. It's rare to have a comic go to second print. If it's a 2nd print it will usually say it somewhere on the 1st page or inside front cover.
In that case, I think the blank UPC means it's a direct edition (sold only in comic shops.)

By Rob July 5, 2010 - 11:10 pm
Don, that's a pretty broad range. Values for books that fit that description could be anywhere between .10 and $750,000 or even $1,000,000 depending on the title, issue number and condition.

Hi, I recently purchased 6 comic books…Three which are Young Klondike issue #s 8,9,10 in volume 1 from June of 1898.And the other three are called War Weekly issue #s 41,54, and 60 something from 1878 volume 1. I've had no luck in finding values or other comics like these…I was hoping you could tell me more about it and possibly values and rarity….All six of the comics are in very good condition…Only thing mentionable would be the pages are yellow due to age but other than that very still in contact no damage…Please reply would be much appreciated..Thanks…
By Rob July 11, 2010 - 8:01 pm
Hi Madison,
They're not comics, which is why you're having a hard time finding info on them. They're what are called "dime novels" (in the States) or "penny dreadfuls" in England. I have no clue as to value and am not even sure that they're actively collected. They may be, I just don't know. They're far outside my area of expertise.
By Madison Dreyfuss July 11, 2010 - 11:35 pm
Okay well thank you very much, hopefully I can find someone else that would know more…I have one more question this time actually involving a comic….I have a Our Gang Comic featuring Tom and Jerry…It was printed in Australia by The Pinnacle Press Printers, and Published by Frank Johnson. No where in the comic is there a year to be found nor the cartoonist who drew it..What really intrigues me is on the cover is Tom and Jerry and the colors are switched…Tom is brown and Jerry is grey..I tried looking information on this but all I could find was something about how it was either an error or that it was just the beginning of drawings of Tom and Jerry and they later switched it to what most comics of Tom and Jerry or featuring them as Tom grey and Jerry brown…I could not find at all any photos or information on this comic. The inside is black and white drawings, and the cover is in color. Also the drawings or printed drawings are very poor..Especially the Tom and Jerry..It seems that the drawings were when they first sketched them…I know with comics that most of the cartoons were improved to much better as the artsit evolved the cartoon…I was wondering if you knew any info on this one or could find some…I'm pretty sure it's very rare..If you would like pictures let me know and I will take some and send them to you…Hope to hear soon again…
By Rob July 12, 2010 - 6:50 am
It's probably a reprint of one of the US Dell comics. Mistakes like that can easily happen with reprints as the people doing the printing and separations are several steps removed from the original art and production team. I don't really deal with australian comics, especially reprints, so I can't give you much detail. The original american versions are worth between $5-200 depending on condition. Most of the time foreign reprints are worth significantly less than the originals.

Hey Rob, I've got a few comics I'm wondering about. The first is the "Famous First Prints" re-issue of the Detective Comics issue #1 of Batman. Near mint, been in my uncle's garage for 20, 30 years or so. Also I have what I think is a first issue of "Amazing Spiderman #129". It's in perfect mint condition, so I'm wondering if it's actually a reissue. And lastly, I have the first few issues of the Spiderman 2099 series. Worth anything?
By Rob July 15, 2010 - 7:30 pm
Got a picture of the amazing spider-man 129?
By Leigh July 17, 2010 - 2:01 am
Hello,
I have a Spiderman Comic book I wanted to ask you about. I'm unsure of the year.
It's Spiderman, Legend of the Arachknight, "Torment", part 1 of 5. It says at the top "1st all-new collector's item issue".
It is also signed by Todd McFarlane.
By Rob July 17, 2010 - 7:18 am
Hi Leigh,
that's one of the highest selling comic books of all time. That means there are a LOT of them left. So… with the exception of a couple of rare variant editions, they're not worth much. $1-2 maybe.
By Jason May 23, 2017 - 5:33 pm
What identifies those rare variants?

Hi Rob,
I have a near mint condition Groo the Wanderer #1 signed by the author (with a hand-drawn picture of Groo). It's been stored in the dark, in a mylar sleeve for 20 some years, only been handled 2-3 times. Is this worth anything?
Thanks!
By Rob July 20, 2010 - 6:55 pm
it might be worth a few dollars ($50 or so) if it's truly in 9.8/9.9 condition. It's probably not. The sketch will actually turn a few collectors off, to be honest. Some might be interested.

i was wondering about the priceing on a couple of comics i have. The uncanny x-men annual 7 1983; a legend reborn! x-men 1 1991; fantastic four issues 347, 348, 349; the silver surfer 50th anniversary 50 1991; what if phoenix rose again 33 1991; venom lethal protector 1 1992; venom lethal protector 3 1993; spider man the legend of arachknight (silver) 1 1990. I was wondering if they were worth much at all. Thank u for your time.
By Rob July 22, 2010 - 9:15 pm
probably not worth much at all, no. If you had a scan or photo of the venom book that would clear up one possibility.

Hello, Wondering still about these comics that I have posted to you. I have not heard back from you yet
Thanks
By Rob August 6, 2010 - 1:40 pm
Sorry, I haven't had a chance to look at the list. Nothing stands out but I'd like to take a peek at the price guide to make sure.
By Kim August 6, 2010 - 3:15 pm
OK, thanks
By Rob August 8, 2010 - 8:28 am
The adventures are probably $5-50 each or so depending on condition. The Action and Superman books are probably in the $25-100 range each.
The westerns are in the $2-5 range each.
By Kim August 10, 2010 - 11:49 am
Hey, thanks so much for the information.

I have a friend who bought Conan the barbarian comics covered in plastic about 20 years ago for about 4 bucks a piece. They are dated back to 1966, and look in good condition.
Not having computer access, he asked me to go on the net and get a round about prices. Any ideas?
Thanx.
By Rob August 6, 2010 - 1:41 pm
I'm not sure what books you might be referring to. Conan the Barbarian wasn't published until the 1970s.
By Kevin August 7, 2010 - 1:22 am
Rob~
I have a box of old comics, I am not sure what is in there and I need to get some sort of idea of their value, what is the easiest way I could go about doing this?? I have A LOT of comics, probably close to 200. So scans would take forever and be a ridiculous process. What can I do? thanks
By Rob August 7, 2010 - 7:26 pm
The quickest way is to figure out what year's they're from. If they're from the 1980s, 1990s or 2000s the chances are they're not worth the effort of cataloging. I mean, they might be, but unless you're looking to put in the effort it's a safe enough bet to just socck them away for a few more years. If they're from the 1970s, they're probably not worth much either, but they could be so cataloging them into a list of title > issue # will got a long way. If they're from the 1960s or earlier, then you definitely want to put a list together.
Barring a list, you could (CAREFULLY) lay them out so I can see a good portion of each of the covers and take a few photos.
By Kevin August 8, 2010 - 12:30 am
Right off the top of my head I think most are 50s-70s, almost positive most are no more recent than the 80s. I was also worried about deterioration. These comics are in a cardboard box stashed away in the house. They aren't in any sort of plastic (at least most of them) so I assume this could significantly affect their value. I do need to get an idea of what is going on though, I have no idea what I have…
By Rob August 8, 2010 - 8:23 am
Another month under poor storage conditions isn't going to make all that much difference. The long-term storage damage has already been done (if it's been done at all.) I wouldn't worry too much about the storage conditions until you know what you have.
To do that, either send me an email ( rob.react@gmail.com ) with Title (not the story title, that's meaningless to me, the title on the cover) and issue # or, carefully, lay out the issues in groups of 20, take photos and email them to me.
By Kevin August 9, 2010 - 2:24 pm
I am working on compiling a list…so far it looks like I have a lot of late 1970s books, but I'm not quite halfway through and have 130…once that list is done, I will send it to you via email. Thanks man

how much would a well taken care of, first issue of daredevil be worth?
By Rob August 19, 2010 - 1:04 pm
It depends on how nice it is. Anywhere from a few hundred dollars up to probably $75,000 for the best copy in existence.
By Justin August 21, 2010 - 2:46 pm
I have a comic book called "The Rider" from Ajax, a Farrell publication and on the bottom of the cover it says "Also Don't fence him in" I cant seem to find this comic ANYWHERE online so i have no idea the value of the comic. Any ideas
By Rob August 22, 2010 - 7:25 pm
Published between 1957 and 1958, "The Rider" ran for 5 issues. Low book value for #1 is $17, low book value for the rest of the run is $8. NM value is $130 for the #1 and $85 for the rest of the run. Probably not a very popular title, but I can always be surprised.
By Mikel August 21, 2010 - 7:31 pm
I have some Walt Disney Donald Duck, Uncle Scrooge, Pluto, Porky Pig and Bugs Bunny comics ranging from 1956 to 1981, and was wondering if they are worth any substantial amount of money today. Some of the older ones are not in the best of shape, but they are not ripped or torn. Also, I have a small collection of Archie, and Horror comics that I was wondering about from around the same time range. Would you have any idea if they would be worth anything at all to a collector ?
By Rob August 22, 2010 - 7:26 pm
That's a pretty broad time frame and a pretty broadd description. IF you had a list of titles and issue #s I could help you out a little more.
By Mikel September 18, 2010 - 6:04 pm

Hi Rob, my daughter has a 1976 Justice League America comic book and a 1981 Superman II Movie Review comic book. Both in a good condition. What could they be worth?
By natoshia August 24, 2010 - 6:41 pm
my friend just found in a box of old comics given to his son a superman volume 1 1938 edition, I can see doing websearches that it seems very valuable. is there a way to tell if it is a fake?
By Rob August 24, 2010 - 7:12 pm
The quickest way is to measure the dimensions. The most common reprints we see are around 10 x 13 inches. IF it's smaller than that, please email me at rob.react@gmail.com and I'll be able to help out further.

I just found three old comic books at my grandmother's house. I'm not sure what the selling price is but I do know they are valuable.
The first is "The Mighty Thor" issue no.354 " Pickin' up the pieces" from April 1985, it is signed by Walter Simonson.
The next one is "Kitty Pryde and Wolverine" issue no. 6 " Honor" from April 1985, it is signed by Allen Milgrom.
The last one I found is an issue of " Power Pack" issue no.10 "Sea Hunt!" from May, 1985. It is signed by Louise Simonson.
I don't know enough to tell you what condition they are in; The covers are still attached and in very good shape, no stains or fading. The actual pages in the comic books are in good condition; the colors are still vibrant, no tears or folds, but the paper itself has aged and has a tiny hint of yellow.
Again, if you could send me an email I can forward you some pictures of them so you can get a more precise opinion on them. Thanks!
By Rob August 28, 2010 - 9:34 pm
The first book is maybe worth .50. The other two are probably .25.

With both sets it really depends on condition. The most interesting books are the Marvel superhero books (especially the Avengers 95 and Captain America 111.) Extremely nice copies would be very desirable to collectors. Lower or mid-grade copies would still be interesting but would sell for much less.

I was told they probably came in a pack from a grocery store and most likely not rare. Could u help make that official? Or help even more by telling me they are still rare haha

Not rare. Sorry.

I have a Dell Barbie and Ken comic No. 5, November-January 1964. From what I read on Overstreet it appears to be in very good condition with the exception of child's (3 lines one long curved two short) scribble on front. Unfortunately I do not have camera for pic. Also some scribble on back. None on interior. I read this issue is rated very rare (10-20 existing) by Overstreet? Value?
By Rob September 26, 2010 - 8:29 pm
Gonna have to research that one a little bit.

At first glance it doesn't look like there's a ton of great value in there. In nice shape most of the books would sell.
By carol September 28, 2010 - 5:12 am
i have a comic book that was pulled off the shelves and replaced with the same comic but a different ending for a story. it is a DV8 by wildstorm. it is DV8 #27 june 1999 first printing. it was pulled because of the columbine shootings happened the same week. one of the stories in the comic was about a student who brought a gun to school and killed 3 students and a teacher so he would be famous. the comic was returned and a different story told. my copy has been in an envelope made for comics since i have gotten it and it has never been read. is there any value to this comic?
By Rob September 30, 2010 - 4:10 pm
I'm going to have to research that a little bit.
By carol October 7, 2010 - 8:26 pm
thank you for spending your time helping others out. it is appreciated a lot by us for the time you share.
By carol October 10, 2010 - 10:29 pm
i contacted the person who gave me this comic book and he said that the issue i have never made it to stores. it was pulled before delivery and he was given a few copies as a thank you for work done removing the issue from orders already pulled. i don't know if this helps or not. the same issue was remade but with a different story for that one tale.
By Rob October 20, 2010 - 8:49 pm
Carol, sorry. I thought I'd replied to this thread but I see that I haven't. I'm not quite sure what the book is worth. I can't really find any mention of it selling.
By carol October 21, 2010 - 7:36 pm
it did not sell. it was pulled before it hit the shelves. i was given copy that was not sent back to the company.
By Rob October 21, 2010 - 9:18 pm
I'm talking about in the intervening years. I can't really give you a reasonable price unless I have something to work with. If a copy had sold in the years since, I could maybe give you a ballpark number of what yours is worth. This is especially true since that title isn't one that's highly collected. There are certain issues of comics like that, that are worth slightly more, but they're of titles people collect. Also, if it never made it onto the shelves and no one even knows about it, then I'm not sure how much interest there could even possibly be.
By Dan March 23, 2011 - 12:10 pm
This might actually be something – can you scan the cover? If it is different than the regular issues, you may be onto something.
By Trish September 29, 2010 - 2:50 pm
Hello,
I have a Marvel Comic Book – Captain American, January 1969, Volumne 1, # 109. The cover is worn, however the rest of the pages are in good condition. Is it worth anything?
P.S. I'm sure that I'm not the only one that appreciate you taking time out of your day(s) to answer our questions. Thank You!
By Rob September 30, 2010 - 4:09 pm
It's worth something, certainly. Probably $5-10, depending on how nice it actually is. It's a book people are interested in.

Hi,
A lot of those are worth a few dollars, but it would really depend on the condition.

They are in fair to good condition. I just need to know where to go to find out more information
Thank You
By Rob October 5, 2010 - 6:27 am
I'm not sure what you mean when you mention an appraisal book, but they're all in the Overstreet Price Guide. They're solid, collectible comics. In that kind of shape, they're going to end up being worth in the $2-10 range retail depending on which title and issue #.

They're worth a few bucks apiece in nice shape. I've never really dealt in them, so I don't know how strong demand is, but guide per book is between $6-15 fin near mint or the whole run.
By Rob November 12, 2010 - 9:08 am
With that many books, I'd need to see a list. You could start with the superhero books, DC/Marvel if you have them. We could work back from there. rob.react@gmail.com
By Missy November 27, 2010 - 3:33 pm
Did you get the list?
By Rob November 27, 2010 - 7:09 pm
sorry, I did. I'll look them over tonight!

i have comic book OLIVER TWIST ,BY CHARLES DICKENS, 45 PAGE,NO COVER GOOD CONDITION ,HOW MUCH
By Rob November 18, 2010 - 7:01 am
no cover= the worst possible condition for a comic book. so… it's basically worthless.
By Jennifer November 20, 2010 - 10:32 pm
we have an ElfQuest Book 1 still in the plastic from 1981 we would like to know if you have any idea what this could be worth.
By Rob November 23, 2010 - 10:02 am
if it's actually from 1981, then it's a reprint and therefore basically worthless.

It's not really a title people collect or one that crosses my radar very often, so I don't have a lot of data on what they might be worth. My guess is basically nothing.
CGC graded copies of #1 in 9.8 (out of 10) condition can sell for as low as $3 and as high as $100. The average is somewhere around $30-40. Thing is, that average price is just above the cost of getting them graded and many sales of the book have been at a loss to grading fees. 9.6s sell for as low as $2, which makes grading them a real gamble as 9.8 isn't guaranteed for any copy.

It depends on the true condition.
Casper #2 is listed in the guide for between $97 and $1500, depending on condition.
None of the others are worth nearly as much. More like $1-5, $10 or $15 in most cases

My husband has a HUGE box of old comic books from the 80's and 90's are they worth going through and seeing if any are worth much. Most are still in plastic wrap and havent been touched in probably 15 or 20 years. I just want to know if it is worth my time and where would I go to have them appraised? I have three out now and two are "The Uncanny X-Men" No. 229 and 230" the other is "X-Factor" No. 70.
By Rob December 6, 2010 - 9:46 pm
They're probably not worth very much. Usually something like .10-$1.
By Amanda December 8, 2010 - 3:54 pm

The runs of Action, Superman, New Teen Titans, Batman, and Detective are probably the most interesting books. There are a lot of noteworthy books in that run of Detective (I just bought this for my own collection, for example.) Email me and we can go into a little more depth about the books you've got.

I have a 1947 red ryder comic book in prefect condition and still in plastic..can u tell me about how much it is worth???
By Rob December 30, 2010 - 7:52 am
I need to know the issue number, not the year. Also, I'd need to see the actual condition. "perfect" to a collector is very different to someone who doesn't collect a lot of comic books.
By Mike January 6, 2011 - 5:14 pm
Rob,
I've got a smalll collection of varying dates. I'm not very familiar with the required information you need to get an idea of the value so forgive me if I don't give the right info the first time around. Anyway, I got..
-The Thing and the Incredible Hulk. Volume 1, No. 46 December 1978. Originally priced at 35 cents. Perfect condition, in plastic wrap.
-Fantastic Four (…Shall Earth Survive) Volume 1, No. 221 August 1980. Originally priced 40 cents. Near perfect condition. Still in plastic wrap. Edges not frayed, but 2 freckle-sized small brown dots on back of comic.
-The Man-Thing ("Because you demanded it Man Thing battles Spider-man, Daredevil , Shang-Chi and the ever lovin' Thing) Volume 1 No. 20, 1975 issue. Originally priced at 25 cents. Fair condition. Top of comic a bit frayed, but everything is ledgible. small brown stain on back, however being kept in plastic wrap.
-The Thing and the Vision. Volume 1, No.39, May 1978. Originally priced 35 cents. Perfect condition in plastic wrap.
-The Thing Volume 1, No. 4. 1983. Perfect condition, but not in plastic wrap.
-The Thing Volume 1, No. 5. 1983. November. Perfect condition, in plastic wrap.
-The Thing and Nick Fury Agent of Shield. Volume 1. No. 26, 1977. Good condition. Top and bottom of cover a bit frayed, not in plastic wrap.
-X-Men. 1991, 1st Issue. I know you only appraise after 1980, but thought a first issue might be different..
-The Thing and Iron Fist. Volume 1. No. 25. March 1977. Good condition, edge of cover very lightly frayed. In plastic wrap.
Thanks alot for looking at them one way of the other. Feel free to send your input to my e-mail or on this site. Thank you!
Mike
By Rob January 7, 2011 - 9:08 pm
None of them are particularly valuable. Maybe .50-$2 apiece. The X-Men #1 is one of the most common books in the hobby, so the #1 isn't all that meaningful in that case.
By Mike January 11, 2011 - 9:20 pm
Thanks, I appreciate it.
