DAREDEVIL #1, CGC 9.6 NM+
I'm really interested in seeing what this book does. Between ComicLink and ComicConnect the best selection of Daredevils since Doug sold his books is coming up for auction. I'm interested to see whether or not that pushes prices up (excitement) or down (spreading the DD collector cash too thinly.)
I've got my eye on a few different books in the ComicConnect auction. For those, I'm hoping prices go way down! I'd prefer if the rest of the books go through the roof.

I think this is a super sharp copy for the grade. If I were in the position to spend $100,000+ on a book, this would be the book for me.
AMAZING FANTASY #15, CBCS 9.0 VFNM
Ah, the CBCS test! Based on the strong prices recently seen for 9.2s this should be a $225,000-250,000 book. We'll see how it does.
Note: I'm confused at the value of this book above 9.0 at present time. We had a 9.4 sell for $450,000 a year ago. Since then, two 9.2s have sold for around $400,000. How does that make sense?

I'm confused about about why you are confused about the prices for AF #15. Are you saying you think a current 9.2 should sell for the same price as what a 9.4 sold for 1 year ago? Or are you saying the current prices for 9.2s is too high?

I'm saying I don't have a good handle on the value. those three sales, in two different grades, clustering around the same number is a confusing development.
