How close will this beauty push towards six figures?
Frighteningly close, I think. Pulling a number out of the air, I'm going to say $75,000.
It's okay if you need a minute to catch your breath.

Hey Rob, first let me say I love your website!!! Keep up the great work. What would your list be of the top 10 most valuable bronze age comics?

Off the top of my head, I'd say the list would include:
Green Lantern #76 CGC 9.8.
The Hulk 181 9.9, assuming it's still in 9.9 condition
The Star Wars #1 35 variant CGC 9.6
The Fantastic Four No.112 CGC 9.8
And then some variation of X-Men 94 and Hulk 181s in 9.8.
I'd have to look through the census to see if there are any 9.9s out there of lesser keys that would trump the 94s and 181s.

I think the Hulk 181 in 9.9 would go neck to neck with this one..but since this is so much harder to grade 9.8 because of the darker cover (i.e., as it is the only 9.8 in existence..), etc…I think this will still top the price of the Hulk 181 in 9.9..
