CGC certified 7.0 F/VF Unrestored with WHITE PAGES!!! This is a VERY attractive 7.0 …..only some minor handling wear, stress, and minor creasing — signs of the book having been read (G-d forbid) keep this book from grading higher , with no "stand out" major / unattractive condition defect. The best thing about this book is what is does not have……..no Marvel chipping, stains, missing pieces, clipped coupons, writing on the cover or interior pages, spine splits, rusty staples, loose cover, dust shadow, edge tanning, and…..no rat chew! The cover inks are fresh and bright. My pics have not been enhanced or altered — check out this books coloring! The comic has really nice structure and lies flat – the Professional pressing by Matt Nelson may have helped 🙂 This is a very clean copy with great curb appeal (and yes, I have owned quite a few for comparison!). Just back from CGC, the holder is in perfect condition. Small date stamp on the bright white back cover. Now, let's talk PQ! …….
