To all my "comic book related" friends-
Some of this might be redundant to you but I wanted to make sure
that I encompass as many helpful hands in supporting my new self
publishing effort.
BANANA TAIL'S TALES AND ADVENTURES is being solicited in current
DIAMOND PREVIEWS(Feb) for April release. My first book, Banana Tail
did relatively decent business through Diamond (Nov '04), but I want
this second effort to be an even bigger success. The first book was
highlighted by "Star pick of the month", which, I suppose helped it
along. This second book does not have that same benefit.
As a friend, I am asking for your support with this solicitation.
By talking with your local comics retailer(unless you are a
retailer :o) and asking them to order as many copies of the book as
they can. Of course if they order it through Diamond(pg 236) they
will get the benefit of a better discount then if they order it
through my website(available March 1st), but I can and will make
every effort to make any personal orders special by autographing
and/or sketching in them. I will also offer an escalating discount
with a minimum order of 10 books(inquire directly to me) through my
website WWW.Bananatail.com.
I will certainly sign any books bought through retail distribution
and sent to me SASE as well.
Please help me make this second self publishing effort a great
experience and please offer this email to any that you think might
