Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 8.0 VF 1st Amazing Spider-Man

Here's the description:
"This grade doesn't come along very often. The CGC census says there are only 8 in this condition. There are only 18 copies out there that have been graded higher.
The book I believe would probably fetch more unslabbed, but it is, so be it. I bought it as a VF/NM book years ago, and the CGC has decided that it does not make that grade.
The book has the appearance of a VF/NM in my view. It has good cover gloss and the difficult brown on the cover is very sweet and has stood the test of time if you ask me. But, I asked the CGC, so there you go.
Label reads " 1/2 inch tear on the 13th and 14th page." I never noticed this at all when I bought the book. The pages are off white to white.
The "mottled" look on the type "Amazing Fantasy" is not on the actual book. That is the light of the scanner hitting the plastic and causing that relection of sorts. No paypal will be accepted for this auction. Only Money Orders and Bank checks. Personal checks are fine with one decent reference in the field (a dealer, an auction house, etc)
All payment must be received within 10 days of the auction close or it is null and void. No negative feedback bidders. You will be removed from this auction.
Insurance is mandatory, and will be determined after the final bid. This will go out priority mail to the USA for 8.00, and whatever the actual insurance charge is. International bidders pay actual cost, and all MO must be drawn from a US bank. No personal checks from outside of the US. This includes Puerto Rico.

I HAVE ADDED A NEW SCAN OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE BOOK TO ANSWER THE MANY QUESTIONS I HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT CONDITION. KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL MONITORS ARE DIFFERENT COLORS. THE BACK OF THE BOOK OFF WHITE/TANISH. THE BOOK IS QUITE NICE AS YOU CAN SEE.
