There are probably 6-7 books that could have been #10. The Cap #1 is a tough book to value. I have to wonder if the Action #1 still doesn't nudge its way into the top spot. Also, does the 9.0 Batman #1 or 9.6 Flash #1 edge out X-Men #1? And is there a high grade Marvel Comics #1 that also could fight its way in? Finally, you are probably right about the 7.5 Detective 27 being ahead of Cap #1 but that bugs me. It seems "undervalued".
